It can complete terminal crimping and waterproof grommet insertion in a single operation. Here, “double-crimping” means it can crimp terminals for two wires simultaneously, while “double-grommet-insertion” refers to inserting waterproof grommets onto these two wires at the same time as crimping—enabling efficient and precise wire processing.

- Wire Feeding System
Controlled precisely by servo motors or stepper motors, it feeds the wires to be processed to the working position according to the set length and speed, ensuring stable and accurate wire feeding.
- Terminal Crimping
It crimps specified terminals onto wire ends using stamping. Stamping dies are designed and replaced based on different terminal types, and strong pressure is applied to achieve a tight connection between terminals and wires.
- Waterproof Grommet Insertion
While crimping terminals, the equipment accurately inserts waterproof grommets into the connection area between wires and terminals. This process is usually completed by a dedicated grommet insertion device, which precisely controls the position and insertion depth of the waterproof grommets.
- Control System
With a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) as the core and a Human-Machine Interface (HMI), operators can set processing parameters via the touchscreen—such as terminal crimping pressure, waterproof grommet insertion depth, and wire feeding length. The control system coordinates the actions of all components to ensure the automation and precision of the entire processing process.
