Product Introduction
1.The full-automatic single-head crimping and inserting rubber housing machine can completely execute the entire process of wire cutting, wire stripping, terminal crimping and inserting into the rubber housing at end A, as well as wire cutting, wire stripping and tin dipping at end B. It can arbitrarily set the color of the wires and the inserting sequence into the housing. The length of each wire can be individually set to process long and short wires. It can process multiple layers of rubber housings of different specifications and supports customization.
2.Operated via industrial PC with operation data storage and traceability, it integrates multiple detection functions including automatic defective product rejection, malfunction alarms, and real-time fault display.
