Product Introduction
1.This is a fully automatic device with an intelligent design that integrates multiple functions. It allows for the arbitrary setting of wire colors and the order of inserting wires into the housing. The length of each wire can be set individually to process wires of different lengths.
2.It can process various plastic housings of different specifications, and the functions of threading heat shrink tubes or number tubes can be customized.
3.Controlled by an industrial computer, the operation data can be retained for traceability. With multiple detection functions, defective products are automatically sorted. There is a fault alarm system, and problems are displayed in real time.
4.Adopting a modular design, each functional module can be freely turned on or off in the program, enabling rapid replacement, upgrading, and maintenance. For different wire harnesses, it can operate efficiently just by replacing components.
5.With a compact structural design that incorporates multiple optimized structures, it occupies less space and operates at a higher speed.
